President / Limited Licensed Psychologist
At any given point, circumstances of life can become so overwhelming that logic and emotion become confused. This confusion can lead to psychological problems that result in a loss of clarity and direction in life. It’s how we handle the never ending changes life throws our way that determines our level of inner peace. Unfortunately, people often get stuck and unable to adapt to life’s circumstances due to past trauma, unresolved losses, addiction, relationship problems, fear, and/or depression. People take back the control of life by reconsidering and modifying how they perceive and interact within their world.
I use a variety of straight forward counseling techniques to empower individuals to easily open up and safely explore their conscious and subconscious perspectives and emotions. By discovering one’s own resilience, innate personal value, and direction in life, people regain control and get back to living a fulfilling life.
I am a Temporary Limited Licensed Psychologist, Licensed Bachelor Social Worker, and Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor. I have over 23 years of experience working in a variety of clinical settings. These opportunities provided me experience counseling a diverse group of individuals who faced an assortment of life challenges.
